Organization details

  • Organization name: Contact support to change it.
  • Slug: Used in checkout URLs (read-only).

Billing defaults

Set defaults for new subscriptions:
  • Default billing cycle: Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly
  • Currency: ZAR (South African Rand)
Defaults apply to new subscriptions only.

Failed Payments (Dunning)

Rekarro retries failed payments on a fixed schedule and sends a final warning email 1 day before the last retry. See Billing and retries. You can choose what happens after the last failed retry:
  • Pause: Billing stops until you resume the subscription.
  • Cancel: Billing stops permanently and the customer must subscribe again.

View your plan, usage limits, and upgrade options. Tip: Changes to billing defaults only affect new subscriptions.
