Rekarro is a subscription billing platform that helps you manage customers, subscriptions, and payments in one place.
You need a connected payment gateway (Peach Payments), at least one product, and at least one customer. See Getting Started.
Rekarro currently supports Peach Payments only.
Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Custom (you choose the number of days).
Rekarro runs billing once per day for subscriptions that are due, and the run is aligned with each customer’s local timezone (so you’ll see charges appear during the morning in the customer’s region rather than at a fixed UTC time). See Billing and retries.
Rekarro sends a failed payment email, retries automatically on a fixed schedule for recurring charges, and pauses or cancels the subscription based on your settings for non-retriable failures. See Billing and retries.
Open the customer profile and use Customer Actions > Update Card to send or copy a payment method update link.
Yes. Open the subscription and choose Pause, Resume, or Cancel.
Yes. Use Record Bulk Payments on the Payments page to log payments you collected outside Rekarro.
Yes. Use Import CSV in Customers or Products.
Yes. Open a payment and choose Process Refund in Payments.
Rekarro currently supports ZAR (South African Rand).
